Daewoo E&C announced on Sunday that it has received an order for the construction
of a gas treatment facility at Otumara node region of Nigeria.
This order was commissioned by the Shell Petroleum Development Company(SPDC),
a joint venture between the oil magnate Shell and Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation
(NNPC). The project is projected to cost $250 million.
The order will follow an EPC contract, where Daewoo E&C will take charge of all steps in
engineering, procurement, and construction. The order will be completed in 37 months.
